Have you ever wondered how to clear your chakras? Or why self-love is important? I share all this and more in this workshop. You’ll receive a Chakra clearing meditation, Reiki healing, and guided journaling that guides you towards self-love.
You will leave with tools to heal your self-esteem, feel more loved and joyful.
We’ll create a safe space for you to work on things that feel stuck, blocked or painful; this is a safe space to be vulnerable, courageous and real.
When we love ourselves, we vibrate at a higher frequency, and in turn, we become more attractive to others. But so many of us are willing to express love for others, while simultaneously believing we’re not worthy of unconditional love and affection. Having self-love brings back our confidence, shows us we are stronger than we think, and helps us find peace, happiness, and joy. We find inner peace through our journey into self-love.
Join like minded souls in finding the beauty of who we are through belief repatterning, regaining self-love with the angels, and learning which crystals remind us just how worthy we really are. We will do some simple, yet powerful, exercises and a short meditation as well. Finish this class with a renewed sense of self-love.
How to Work With Your Gifts as an Empath

As empaths, we are very sensitive to the energy of others and can very easily take that energy on as our own without knowing. Have you ever walked into a room and quickly noticed a change in your mood and energy levels? Been around people and all of a sudden had a headache or unusual pain? Are you able to feel the emotions of others? These are very common situations for an empath.
This class will teach you what it means to be an empath, how to protect your energy, techniques for releasing what isn’t yours, and how to work with your gifts for better experiences.

Connect With Your Angels for Life Guidance

Learn about the many types of angels and how they can guide us. The Essentials of Chakras and How to Clear Them

Learn about each of the 7 chakras; where they are, their colours, qualities they’re associated with, and what happens to us when they’re blocked. This class will teach you multiple ways to clear and balance your chakras so you can experience better health and a more positive mindset.
Learn the ancient Japanese art of healing, Usui Reiki, aka the act of “laying the hands on the body to comfort and relieve pain”. Understand how Reiki aids in your healing journey as a practitioner and receive plenty of hands on practice. We will cover the fundamentals and principles of Reiki, how to clear and balance the chakras, how to work with energy, and learn how to tap into Universal Life Force energy. By the end of this course you will be able to do self healings and healings on other people, plants and animals.
Reiki Level 2

Increase your healing capabilities with Reiki Level 2, which focuses on emotional, mental, and karmic healing. Three of the Reiki symbols will be introduced to you, which adds to your healing power and allows you to perform distance Reiki healing. Reiki transcends all time and space, allowing healing to take place from past circumstances (including past lives), current situations, and for upcoming lessons. Learn more techniques on working with energy and connecting with spirit to give your clients an optimal experience.

Reiki Level 3 & Masters
Call to Book ($400 CAD)
Your ability to channel healing energy is increased and healing energy is higher. Two more Reiki symbols and esoteric information is given during this course. Learn how to perform psychic surgery and cut cords to release what no longer serves your client. The method of passing attunements is shared, allowing you to pass on your knowledge of this beautiful healing modality with your teacher’s certificate.
